Configure your campaign

1. Select shortlisted candidates.
2. Set campaign tone of voice and default language.
3. Build your message sequence (1-5 messages):
   • LinkedIn Connection Request
   • LinkedIn Message
   • LinkedIn InMail
   • Email
4. Add missing opportunity context (role, company, selling points, benefits).
5. Review the prompt template:
   • use default template, or
   • override for this campaign

Prompt templates can be managed at organization level in Settings. (Open Campaign Prompt Template Settings)

Language behavior:

• Set one default campaign language first.
• Override language per message step when needed.
• This supports multi-language campaigns in one sequence.

Test before full generation

• Run a single-candidate test generation.
• Check claim accuracy and role fit.
• Adjust prompt or context, then generate for full selection.

What the generator uses

Messages are generated using more than profile text.

• LinkedIn candidate profile data
• Candidate-check fit context against your briefing (category, fit, requirement evidence)
• Job and company context you provide in the campaign form

This is why filling the opportunity details well directly improves message quality.

Review and edit fast

• Open generated messages row by row.
• Use arrow-key navigation to move across candidates and steps.
• Open LinkedIn profile side by side for fact checks.
• Edit any message manually when needed.
• Regenerate individual messages if you want another version.

Export

• Export campaign output as CSV.
• Upload CSV into your outreach platform of choice.
