Search import notifications

• Added a "notify me when done" option for LinkedIn imports.
• Import completion now sends in-app and email notifications when enabled.

Candidate check completion notifications

• Added completion notifications so users get a clear signal when candidate check runs are ready for review.

Search CSV export

• Added CSV export for search candidate tables.
• Export format now aligns with the import schema (Full Name, LinkedIn Profile, Location, Current Employer, Title Tagline) so teams can round-trip lists more easily.

Recency window and credit logic updates

• Recency behavior now applies network-wide (not only organization-scoped), so recent checks can reduce duplicate credit spend more consistently.
• Recency window can now be configured to 30, 60, or 90 days.
• Added clearer pricing context in the search table so users can understand why Credits Needed differs for recent vs new checks and BYOK vs managed setups.

Dashboard credit usage updates

• Updated the dashboard credit usage overview to make remaining credits and renewal timing easier to understand.

Terms update

• Updated Terms of Service language for BYOK estimate disclaimers and rollover-cap policy.
