Connect in Perplexity
Connect TalentSourcer AI MCP to Perplexity with OAuth device flow.
Use this when Perplexity asks you to connect an MCP server through chat instructions.
- Open Perplexity and start a new chat.
- Paste this prompt:
Connect the TalentSourcer AI MCP at https://api.talentsourcer.ai/mcp. It supports OAuth device flow. Discovery is available at https://api.talentsourcer.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. Run the device flow and send me the authorization link like: Authorize here: https://next.talentsourcer.ai/device?code=XXXX-XXXX. Then poll https://api.talentsourcer.ai/oauth/token with grant_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:device_code until authorization completes.- Perplexity should reply with an authorization link.
- Open the link, sign in to TalentSourcer AI, choose the workspace, and approve access.
- Return to Perplexity and wait for it to finish connecting.
After connecting, you can ask Perplexity to work with TalentSourcer AI, for example:
- “Show me the strongest candidates for this project.”
- “Create a shortlist from the top completed candidate checks.”
- “Summarize the talent pool insights for this briefing.”
- “Draft an outreach campaign for this shortlist.”
